triggs
What would be the grounds for banning Lansbury? Diving is only a yellow card offense
huss9
think rafa's gonna make sure the players dont get distracted by the whole lansbury thing. cant risk any more red cards and winning will be the best form of revenge he'll drum that into them. Mattoon
What would be the grounds for banning Lansbury? Diving is only a yellow card offense More to do with the initial tackle and kick out at Shelvey before he retaliated tbf
Hanshithispantz
Aye pretty much nowt, don't think anything has changed since even the ridiculous Rivaldo incident. Play acting is pretty much encouraged. Easy enough to argue it was just a stumble too for Dummett's red.
Disco
Nowt will get done. Absolutely no point in contesting the cards either IMO.
Mattoon
It's obvious the FA will turn a blind eye to it, but if any of the officials had actually seen the Shelvey incident, it was handbags, yellow for both and play on. If the ban stands for Shelvey then Lansbury should be banned too. The correct decision is to drop Shelvey's red to yellow but it doesn't work like that. bulivye
Henri Lansbury lives with his mum... and she hates him too! http://static.twentytwowords.com/wp-content/uploads/1cheat.jpg

Altamullan
The best way to overcome this injustice is to thump them at St James' I can't recall playing a team this season who looked worse than Forest. Wouldn't be surprised if we put 5 or 6 past them at home. Less than 4 weeks. Can't come soon enough, for me. Any chance of someone knocking up a new flag? sugoinufc
Can´t think of a worse referee performance ever! its was so mental i that i could´t really get angry....also because the lads did us proud! They deserved a draw! Important we go on another winning run - put things right!
Nexumaster
When will we find out if they appeal the red cards? If they do appeal, that is.

ohmelads
http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/newcastle-right-championship-refereeing-standards-12275673 There's no way either could be deemed a frivolous appeal when nobody is defending the referee's decision in either case. Then again, this is the FA, so logic goes out of the window.
nufcjb
Have a feeling Lansbury won't play at SJP. If he does, hope Rafa unleashes Tiote with one mission and Tiote won't need to be asked twice.
Ste
I'd rather we ignore the little scrote, play our game and win convincingly. Let's not get distracted by a no mark player from a faded club that acts as if it's just the taking part that counts.

Wallsendmag
Just been reading the match report on NUFC.com of the Watford match last time we were in the Championship, on this day in 2009. Kevin Nolan was sent off that day after a foul on Henri Lansbury. "Watford's Lansbury made sure Nolan walked, with a double axel and twist" is how the incident was described. Seems like he's always been a cheating tw*t. http://www.nufc.com/html/2009-10html/2009-12-05watford-h.html
Elma
We'll appeal them both, but only got a chance on Dummett.

Hanshithispantz
great news if true. Glad to be massively wrong about Shelvey. Thought there was absolutely no chance of it being overturned. So aye, I think that Forrest game can go down as one of the worst refereeing performances ever, like. They shouldn't officiate another league game again. Anderson
Wew, didn't think we had any chance of getting Shelvey's overturned.
