Good signing for the Ev that I reckon.

Going through our summer '22 list of targets with him and Ekitike.

It really is pretty farcical.

Always ugly I find when these things last after the start of the season. It devalues the symbolic of the season kicking off. PSG have wasted their first game.

Hard to know who is more to blame though, because Mbappe himself and PSG as an organisation both seem as bad as each other.

Seems a strange clause to have that he can leave if a higher division club offers him a loan move?

Surprised it's taken this long for someone to activate it

He’s out injured until late September I think. Loads of the Leeds squad seem to have had stupid release clauses in. Given away loads for next to no income.

Random question but with the absolute lack of decent strikers on the market why is Jonathan David still at Lille? Is there a reason teams are staying away?

"No thanks to Canucks." is one reason.

Neymar close to Al Hilal. Basically retiring at 31 with no CL title in 8 years nor a WC. 80m euro per season for two seasons. His father and advisors have officially killed his career.

He’s 31. If he’s not making the ultimate decisions for his life then he needs to take a strong look at himself.

Still a kid mentally. One day a documentary like the Britney Spears will be done about the kid. [emoji38]

No idea why the guy gets no love. Pretty strange.

Lads, on the plus side he’s negotiated getting his sister’s birthday off every year so saves him getting suspended in the run up.

I'd like to think we looked at Harrison extensively, then our ambitions were fast-forwarded so he slipped down the list. Barnes wasn't possible at first, then he was.

Think that's less the case with Diaby where we were probably most put off by the fee. Still delighted with Barnes mind, think he'll be ace for us.
