I'd be excited after a while to digest it. Moreso than Elanga. Think Kudus has more upside. But from everything I've seen, and at first watch I was disgusted we didn't sign him from Ajax, he does not seem a reliable character, nor a good one. Think our dressing room could handle it, think Eddie puts a lot of emphasis on culture and a way of representing Newcastle. He is a great player on his day. Its still a spursy signing. I don't think it has as good a chance of working out there as it would have here. People can have a bias and put it to the side for a minute.

I really like Kudus a ton but he seems like he could blow hot and cold more often than not.

But Kudus with Frank is powerful. Frank gets numbers from his forwards.

I personally prefer Kudus to Elanga under Howe.  However gets him consistent and takes him up a level.

There's a reason he's gone from Ajax to West Ham and West Ham to Spurs.

 

Nice sparks about him, but not someone you can have starting majority of your games if you want to compete at the top end.

Start of summer, looking at their team I wouldn't had Kudus and MGW as the players they need for a combined £130m+ to improve their limitations. 

 

MGW will cost daft money this summer, so should be a non-starter.

I don’t think he’s returned for training yet, forest fans seem to think it’s because Man City are negotiating a deal for him.

It's fresh names, but output bar not really moved, and it's the same issues they still have in middle of pitch and in defence, with a GK that will throw one in every game. I wouldn't worry about facing them.

It’s just another top 6 team with what I’m calling a ‘super team’.  Just dumb levels of depth.  
 

I really believe that’s the new normal with this new CL format for PL teams.
