Darlow was out on loan to Newport & Walsall at the age Ramsdale has played regular Premier League football for 2 years and been England U21s. He’s hardly been blessed with good defences in front of him but there’s clearly massive potential there. Pickford was in relegation battles with Sunderland at the same age and he’s turned out canny. They are actually doing things right even though it looks strange - they basically sold Arthur for 15m and got Pjanic - he earns a shed load of money, Barca have about 4 players ahead of him so makes sense just shifting him out - Umtiti another high earner who offers nothing and has a huge wage, Junior Firpo, another flop - they’ve bought shrewdly with Aguero, Depay and Garcia - all on low wages with at least a couple of B team players being promoted Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
