Guest
Aye if I was Reading there I'd have said forget it, he's clearly not taking the game seriously anymore.

KaKa
His salary is around £250,000 a week, so how would that work if he drops down to a club that doesn't pay those kind of salaries?

Guess he’d go on loan with salaries being partly covered by Man City?

Conjo
Was a bit weird how he didn't get any games for them as he, to me at least, seemed like their stand out player when I've seen them play. Good engine, never loses the ball. Good deal for them since he's not playing. Massive wages off Evertons books.
1878
Allan looked good early in his first season under Ancelotti, then had a couple of injuries and looked finished. Watching him last season was painful at times. Couldn't fault his effort, but his legs have gone and he would just be chasing shadows all game. With the signings we've made this season he was realistically down to about 6th or 7th choice. He might have been ok back in Italy, but none of the clubs who'd want him there could afford his wages. The Middle East was his only option without taking a huge paycut. Wish him well but it's great to get rid of his wages.

TaylorJ_01
Class mercenary move. Playing in bad teams in front of no-one in the searing heat. Least he'll not have to pay as much tax, God forbid.

Paully
What?! Southampton Romeo Lavia Speak to those at Southampton and they will marvel at just how good Lavia is. If there was a great deal of satisfaction at their £12million ($13m) purchase from Manchester City in July, then you can only imagine their reaction when a deadline-day bid of £50m ($54m) from Chelsea came in. https://theathletic.com/3638351/2022/09/30/summer-signings-biggest-impacts/
