they all thought he was gonna cut back onto his left I reckon [emoji38]

Can't underestimate years of conditioning to never expect the cross from his right.

This lad will never get the respect and praise he deserves. He’s been amazing for us in so many ways. His defensive effort is unmatched in the league by other wingers, his attitude is as good as it gets and for a season and a half he’s been producing game after game for us in an attacking sense

We don’t have much fluidity to our front three usually and don’t tend to have our wide men switch mid-game. Wouldn’t mind seeing it now

and then.

The attacking players seemed to have a lot of freedom tonight. A lot more interchanging going on down the left than we have seen this season.

It helped that Man U were atrocious, of course.

Wish he was a few years younger. He's never going to be a world beater but you just feel confident he's going to score 10+ goals a season now.

Yeah he seemed much more relaxed on the left hand side, not sure whether it was because dalot was terrible, and Willock was excellent in supporting

Looked a lot more free whereas on the right side, he seems intensively focussed and almost restricted to the patterns of play we clearly practice
