We all thought they couldn't survive last season, but Bruce end Ashley had luck on their side. He's just sat there hoping for more of the same. How different is the Football Leagues test compared to the PL's? Hypothetically - so Ashley deliberately under-invests to ensure relegation having received assurances that in the event of relegation, PIF will be back in, resulting in the sale of the club via a more 'lenient' test and results in the ultimate fuck you to the PL and Qatar.
