Steve Bruce (now unemployed)

Hang on, the critics' response to this story - about the Newcastle manager being called a coward and responding by shoulder barging a senior player - is something about Fulham's expenditure? kk

Fulham haven't spent anywhere near what Bruce has have they?

A bunch of them are loans aren't they?

These people are crazy

Just checked, £33.53m

Looks like he was thinking of 2018.

Craig Hope is some boy like.

Colleague of mine was in his year at school, she reckons he was absolutely Newcastle daft.  Wasn't outstanding academically so would have to have put some work in betwen then and now to end up writing for a national paper but loved the toon.

Simon Jordan says Bruce wasn't supported from day one and that is the problem ... along with the fact the players aren't good enough!

:spit:

Wasn't supported from day one because he was a shit appointment, doing shit now because he was a shit appointment.

:mysterysolved:

Some twat on now claiming Benitez football was appalling!

Yeah I heard him too. Talk about missing the point about Benitez and the lack of investment but still getting a tune out of the squad he had. He got it right about Benitez giving us hope though.

People should be ignoring Simon Jordan. He's deliberately being contrary to get fans to text in, tweet etc.

The focus should be on that Hope has got the message out there which is brilliant.

Don’t think he does it for that mind , he talks a lot of sense usually but all these fuckers won’t say anything against Bruce like it’s an unwritten code for him.Kunts

I’m pretty sure Jordan spent years defending Mike Ashley and his lack of investment.

He's always defended him, including very recently. Angrily suggesting we should look at Sunderland as a case of 'real decline'. Now he doesn't support his managers apparently. Just contrary for the sake of it, trying to wind people up. Pointless existence.
