I could still see Rafa doing that, although I'm sure he'd want to choose his own. I can't imagine the fact Benitez got McClaren his redundancy, upset him much. Probably wanted out long before. If the PL say ok we'll pass it through, we just need to do the O&D test again, or if they will all keep quiet untill PIF and friends get the keys and announce it via an official statement from the club. I think They’re clearly talking with some of the buying side / Ashley. Even Ant & Dec’s dig at Bruce on I’m a Celeb......they retweeted two articles about NCL just after they came from nowhere on 27/10; I’ve been very hopeful even since PIF ‘walked away’’ and none more so than now!
