joeyt
Everton possibly getting El Ghazi in exchange. Getting rid of one of their best players and possibly bringing in El Ghazi and Longstaff must be so frustrating for Everton fans

brummie
El Ghazi is excellent on his day. He just lacks consistency.

Awaymag
So Digne going to Aston Villa, not once did that Romano bloke mention Villa. Just goes to show, he knows fuck all and just reinforces what comes out by others! Edited January 9, 2022 by Awaymag

Danh1
Great signing for Villa, things looking good for them. Shame we’re currently 2nd bottom, out the cup to a League One side at home and have one win in all comps all season. No wonder he didn’t want to come, he doesn’t have youth on his side to sit out in the Championship for a season.

Supposed they might have an agreed fee, like. Edited January 9, 2022 by Sima

More like Villa are willing to pay him his £200k. Not many clubs would.

Digne clearly wanted Chelsea, they clearly don’t want him, so he’s decided to bite the bullet and go elsewhere. Mad if Villa are paying him £200k p/w. Especially considering how much they’ll be paying Coutinho.
brummie
There's no way we'll be paying anything like that, I'd have thought.

AJ9
It’s hardly surprising that players are looking at us and taking offers elsewhere. People were turning their nose up at him this week which is laughable. This is what I meant when I said beggars can’t be choosers. Yes we have money, but we’re one of four teams likely to go down, and we hardly have the names to pull players in. Can totally understand Digne not wanting to come to us. Kid Icarus
Villa are building a decent team and it's obviously right to have it as an ambition, but him going there based on being confident of getting into Europe this season (?) or next doesn't really add up for me.
