Everton are in a financial mess, so I don't think they can afford to say no to a decent offer. What would be a fair price for DCL, 35/40 million? I doubt we'd retain all 4 tbh, given that we only play with one. Unless Ekitike can play out wide as well, although I don't watch Ligue 1 so got no idea about him.
