Well its absurd to even consider it. Spurs obviously don't want him long term so a loan makes zero sense. Even if Alli had his heart set on coming to Newcastle, he is hardly going to be impressed we only bid as a last resort and Spurs, quite rightly, can tell him the Newcastle move is a no go, wont be accepted as they only want a transfer.
