The days of anyone wanting any Toon game to end in anything but a win ought to be gone IMO.

I'd make an exception in this case, so we might finish 13th instead of 11th, big deal.

Another thing to remember is that Everton went to the SoL in 2016, with us needing them to not lose to take it to the last day. The duly capitulated and put in one of the most spineless performances I’ve seen. We could see losing to Burnley as returning that favour.

I think this will be the game ASM finds his form again, I also watched them against Burnley and they really struggled defending set pieces

I have a feeling EH might rest him/bring him off the bench.

The reason why I hope they crash and burn. Under that smug cunt Martinez too.

Hoping for changes followed by our biggest win of the season.

I would hope he'd go all out as a win would put the nail in the relegation coffin for sure. Already is there most likely.

Think and hope he will, at least until we’re mathematically safe. Then this yo-yo shit can be put to bed for good! :indi:

No way Howe sends out the kind of lineups y'all are suggesting.

He'll see it as a job not-yet-done and he'll put out a strong side. With maybe a couple of changes but nothing wholesale or change of formation.

We might see Longstaff, Willock or Murphy and that'll be about it.
