Very frustrating as the club clearly know how long he's actually out for, but are not saying. I absolutely understand why that is, but it is frustrating as a fan. Of course it’s frustrating he’s been injured at all, but I trust the current regime to manage it properly and get him ready. Sure they’ll also be using the time to discuss his role with him and get him ready to integrate straight away. These days you know it’s all under control, that’s the main thing. HaydnNUFC Posted December 23, 2022 Share Posted December 23, 2022 Hopefully he's back for the Arsenal-Sheff Wed turnaround if he can't make the squad for Leeds as I can't see Howe playing Wilson in all 3 of the League Cup, PL and FA Cup and we all know what Chris Wood is like. Thigh muscle injury which he re injured and therefore why they’re being extra cautious. Howe says he’s back running and kicking a ball so he’s probably close to full training and they’ll probably want a couple of weeks of that. I think he might return in some capacity for FA cup match and then hopefully Fulham home which is 3 weeks away. Id rather they were extra cautious and not bring him back too early.
