"Alex will dictate what happens and we will facilitate."

...isn't a great line for me.

It’s fine. It’s diplomatic. It puts the  onus on Isak but infers (IMO) that the club has made its conditions known.

It's always there in the background.  Like a rehabilitated sex offender.

 Ian rolling about in his Blue van like we don't remember when it was white.

Wait that's Ian?! Here I was exchanging messages with him in the match day thread like he's some new dude

The name change threw me off.

Why did one of the fucking media ask if he had been disciplined and wages stopped. One of the first questions I would have asked.

Because no-one wants to make the situation worse, he's not actually significantly in breach until he misses a game and I'll be very surprised if the club do anything before Sept 2nd anyway.

Spent the afternoon on the train up from London to Edinburgh. Stag do on my carriage featured (presumably) the stag in a full Liverpool kit with Isak on the back. They got off at Newcastle.

Wish him a fun weekend!

What a dick move. He had better watch out he doesn't end up in the river!

I get that you want to know, I do too, but ultimately isn't that confidential between the club and the player, and nobody else's business?

I wonder if we'd have got Sesko or Ekitike he would have been sold. I don't think we will just waste money to replace him so we'll sign Wissa and see what happens with Isak. I think that's why Eddie is so considered. Well have probably all have forgotten by Christmas when him and Wissa have 20 odd goals between them.

Disagree he should have been fined the minute he refused to go on the tour, and then absconded to his former club to train Both will be breaches of contract. Stop pussy footing about with hm and hit him where it really hurts.

Not unless Liverpool came up with a decent offer.

Just looks weak as fuck to me. The fact that he didn't go on the tour and then went to his former club to train was a total piss take and shouldn't have been allowed to happen. I've said that from day one also
