Great snapshot which he took very early, but it did go through a defender who could have blocked it. He was in acres, but he found them easily and not through good movement. I thought it was a stretch from pundits to compare it to the Carabao final goal.

 

Especially now with Wissa about feature, no regrets about it at all. My main concern about the whole episode is that I don't think it's good for Gordon to play up front. I think it does him in.

Just seen his finish, it was decent instinctive finish. His form and Liverpool’s overall form and set up has a long way to go to justify the transfer fee though. There’s issues all over the pitch.
