Bench Isak, see how the game goes and maybe give him last 5mins if he needs to stretch his legs and the game is won. With 3 years left on his deal we are in such a strong position, that even if he wants to leave I would expect the club to dig in and say no unless someone offers at least 150 million. it's Summer 2026 before we would have to cash in if he didn't sign a new deal. Newcastle are still not at that stage so I can understand that he might start getting itchy feet. But he has a long contract so we hold the whip hand. Eales has already set the club's stall out that we are keeping him, so unless we get a really big offer, then he stays here, even if he would prefer to move on.
