If they find the normal football socks too restrictive, they should just go without them altogether and wear trainer socks instead.

But trainer socks = nonce

Is Mundial mag worth the subscription?

The magazine is usually cracking, but you're paying a premium for it looking good on your coffee table. It's hipster as fuck, like.

Need to chase them up as my order for the current issue is sitting there unfulfilled.

Coffee table fodder is exactly what I was looking for.

I miss watching Messi when he played for Barca - was a joy to watch.  Just not the same watching them without him.

Not the same watching football tbh, it was so obvious at the time that we were watching the best player and best team we'd ever see.

Loathe to click The Torygraph but for this, I'll make an exception.

Liverpool fans claiming bias need to look at this record and see the soft touch treatment he’s had, it’s shocking.

Wish I could laugh, but it's tragic how far the Chronic has sunk on Reach. Don't bother clicking a single link to that site now. It's dross throughout.

Going the the similarly stupid algorithm driven headlines, I'm guessing Liverpool Echo is also owned by reach :icon_puke_l:

Echo - Liverpool handed Alexander Isak transfer green light as Champions League Psr truth emerges

Chronic - What Sandro Tonali did in tunnel after Newcastle United wondergoal as 'truth' emerges

Echo - Liverpool handed £30m Alexander Isak transfer reality amid sell-on clause truth

Chronic - Newcastle United learn £700m truth as Tottenham chief Daniel Levy makes stadium statement

They’re both fucking awful now. Calling them ‘News’papers is expanding the term beyond its original meaning.

What are Newcastle's remaining hoodoo teams/grounds?

Chalked off:

Won at Wembley

Beat Liverpool

Won away at Arsenal

Remaining:

Beat Man City in the league (beat them in the cup, and got a draw or two since IIRC)

Beat Bournemouth

Win at Anfield

Am I missing any?

Winning the league.

We've finished in every PL league position except 1st, 8th, 9th, 17th, 19th & 20th.

We've never finished in 8th or 9th? That feels somewhat mental, as does not finishing 17th tbh

Good evening Geordies,

I am not sure where is best to post this, so apologies if this would have been suited to a different thread or post!

As part of my final year university project, I am exploring whether or not financial regulations in football (IE: PSR, FFP) influence fans behaviour as consumers, and the impact of this on clubs revenue.

If you have a spare 5-10 mins, It would be greatly appreciated if you can complete the below survey which will really help my research.

https://forms.gle/9VJtLFD6DaFFBFdm6

The survey includes topics such as ticket prices, competitiveness of the game and the impact of financial sustainability for consumers.

All responses are anonymous and would be really appreciated by myself.

Thank you in advance for your participation!
