A little bit surprised Gordon doesn't get to start here, but expect we'll see him a bit earlier this time depending on how the game goes. Changes seem fine to me, Isak is still coming back and Willock came off with an issue of some sort on Sunday.

We'll miss Willock but it also lets Joelinton back into the side in his best position which is a nice upside.

Gordon is just back from injury, maybe Eddie doesn’t feel he is ready to start yet (Gordon)

No complaints re the line-up because it's an intense spell of games and rotation is a given. We'll lose something without Isak but we've just got to hope Wilson is past his funk.

Willock, Gordon, Isak is a handy triple sub to bring on for the last 30 mins like.

And only if they're needed. Hopefully the starting XI can do the heavy lifting and those three can be raring to go at the weekend.

Massive game for Wilson

Think he looked sharp against manu in his cameo and obviously bagged himself a goal, hoping the rest has got him back to his best.

Wilson had been saying for weeks and weeks that he feels good and he's back to his best, even when he clearly wasnt.

He obviously wasn't properly fit for a while after the World Cup, whether that was an illness or whatever. Just hope he is legitimately back to his usual self this time because he needs to be at 100% to produce what Isak has recently.

Hope Bruno plays his normal game and doesn’t over complicate it for the watching Paqueta. Have a funny feeling we might start with Wilson tonight then revert back to Isak Saturday. Don’t see any changes in back five. Might rest Murphy and give Gordon a start. Think Joelinton might remain on bench if Willock is fit. Wouldn’t mind seeing him replace Longstaff for a game to see how that midfield would perform as Longstaff looked pretty flogged by the end of Sunday.

7pm: Unchanged ?

Don’t understand people saying they think Howe might rotate. He doesn’t do it.

Injuries, yes he’ll change it obviously but he doesn’t rest or rotate players. It’ll be the same team as Sunday unless there have been any injuries.

Think he’s learnt from that spell leading up to the Cup Final when we looked jaded. 2 big months ahead…
