TBG
No disrespect to Miley or Hall, but I'd imagine having Bruno and Big Joe along side you brings more confidence.

Aiston
Looked so much better in the 2nd half. Unsurprising considering who was alongside him instead.
Yorkie
Showed glimpses in that second half. He's been bad so far but he's bound to be good in the end. We'll have to be patient with him.
Newcastle Fan
Ran himself to the ground today, hopefully this game will do his confidence a world of good.
Elliottman
Much better second half, had some really good moments. He’ll be class.
LiquidAK
Said it in the first half - every team he's played so far (barring a few minutes against Sheffield) have been teams that dominate us on the ball. He'll look a lot better with time to adjust to Howe's system and playing against weaker teams to build his confidence
sixx
Grew into it. Let's remember his midfield partners first half were 17 and 18 years old, one of which who's more of a full back.
STM
That second half might be a mini turning point.
BlazeT44
Love the fact he stopped to shake Howe's hand, after Tindall. Howe was giving instructions to those on the pitch and he waited. Proper team player who's trying his best to adjust to the English game.
pubteam
Dusted himself down at half time then came back out and bossed it. Can those calling for his substitution hang your heads in shame.
Lush Vlad
Much better further forward and when he is facing their goal more often than ours. I for one am shocked.
The Prophet
I wouldn't even say he's been bad so far, just erratic as fuck. Much improved second half, hopefully that gives him confidence moving forward.
STM
He was bad that first half like but he's new. Second half he could gallop about a bit, which I think suits him.
TRon
Showed signs in that second half he's realising he's got to shift the ball a tad quicker over here. No worries at all he'll be a massive asset over this season.

All a learning experience right now. When the full adjustment comes it's going to make a huge impact in the team. Then will come all the pathetic shameless backtracking from the usual suspects that don't really know what they are looking at when they are sat watching these games. Lush Vlad
Which way round is the spaghetti/Moretti, then? The song seems to have evolved into a load of noise, and then a gap before…. HE HATES FUCKING SUN’LUN.
Doctor Zaius
He was very poor first half, touch was off, passing was poor. Caught on the ball a few times which is the hallmark of a player not yet used to the pace of the game here. I think Howe said he hasn't trained much recently. Given the teams we've played, it's been some baptism of fire for him. Could hardly have had harder fixtures to get acquainted with English football. Hopefully it'll do him good though. I'd echo the sentiments of wanting to see him against teams when we've got more of the ball. I don't think he'll play in both but I think I'd rather see him against Burnley than PSG. Imagine Howe will prefer him for the CL.

Vaj
Worst player on the pitch in the first half but was solid in the second half. Some good link up play and grafted well. He will come good eventually
