wong989 Posted July 15, 2025 Share Posted July 15, 2025 Really hope we're eyeing 3 young, undervalued players to give us options.. a Minteh type, a Baturina type, then another midfielder or a mouldable center back...close to ready. Well possible to improve the floor of the squad and massively raise its ceiling by next year, probably by the second half of this year. The midfield currently is worrying. Even when fit, it doesn't work in every game, sometimes we need someone in for Joe with better attacking qualities. Especially now we have Elanga, we can cut teams open, Joe's passing wouldn't be good enough for those games. What do people think about the Gallagher links? Certainly has some decent passing, but more of an all rounder, can fill in for any of the 3 to an extent. If Bruno was injured we'd want a quality player there.
