Though you know they'll change the rules to bring the PSR region forward to March so that the deduction can be applied in April of this season. We wouldn't be looking at Pedro, Ekitike at £60m+ knowing it'd leave us short in other areas. Get Ekitike, great. If not then we go a bit further down our list of targets, if they work out cheaper then thats more money to spend on GK/CB and maybe another midfielder. We've shown time and time again that our talent ID is good. Now we clearly have a substantial amount of money to spend, we're going to have a good summer.
