Very good player but highly dubious source.

Aren't teamtalk the same outfit that ran premium rate phone lines with transfer rumours advertised on Teletext in the 1990s? Remember begging my dad to ring to hear about a link with Jay-Jay Okacha. Obviously it was complete bullshit!!

I think BBC are reporting this today too.

Even if we sign a new striker this summer, wich I hope we do, I'm sure Osula will get more time on the pitch this season.

Also have some hope we will se Neave and maybe Parkinson given some cameos or 45 mins in some cup games(depending on oponents).

Unless we have a mad injury crisis, can’t see Parkinson ever being anywhere near the first team again.

Hence why I hope talk of a potential Osula loan is pure speculation - he will be a vital squad player for us next season and should get the minutes he needs

Ekitike would really elevate our attack, it would be a massive signing but if its either him or two other signings, a CB and a midfielder its hard to choose imo

       Gordon - Isak - Elanga

Joelinton - Guimaraes - Tonali

Hall - Botman - Scalvini - Livramento

                 Trafford?

subs: Pope, Burn, Schär, Trippier, Gallagher, Miley, Barnes, Murphy, Osula

Depth is important so i think right now i would go like this. If Scalvini and Gallagher are our most likely targets.. Gallagher may not elevate the team but will be a important player to have and Scalvini can likely be our blue chip signing for the defence.

Seen a lot of creative license taken with Ekitike’s proposed position and I’m not sure why. By all accounts he’s exclusively an out-and-out striker.

In many of the clips I've seen of him, he likes to pick up the ball wide left and cut in, not too dissimilar to Isak, Barnes and Gordon.

Be interesting when we play Burnley, Wide Left FC vs Far Right FC

So we have to play 433 every game ?

Away at Arsenal in the league, for all all we lost, that was one of our better performances of the season and with Joelinton, Hall, Isak and Trippier out. Now I'm not saying to play like that every week but it gives thought of the options we could have, even allows for more rotation and resting players and the opposition not having a clue at how we'd line up

No no, just my fundament starting eleven. I would be more than happy if Howe experiment with other formations.

I thought the same when I looked up what positions he plays, I guess there's a possibility his skill set leads the coaching staff to believe he could play other positions but I don't think he has so far.

I swear this mf place is gonna get me watching again

McAtee.

Wouldn’t mind a different type of midfielder like him and I think he could cover a few positions and help with some tactical changes.

Gallacher for me. None of the others mentioned or our current crop can cover for Big Joe who will incur suspension/s as our hardman and has been susceptible to injuries recently.

Sell Longstaff, get Gallacher and midfield is sorted.
