It could just be that whoever made his highlights has done a poor job. But he looks like a fairly slow, clunky kind of player who likes to stick his legs out wildly and push people about. He can also play out of defence quickly and is good in the air. With all the considering/pondering/monitoring to do in between bidding and being rejected I agree I don't see the current team working at the pace with the distraction of the league being 4 weeks away from starting to get in 3 or 4. That's without the fear of how far down the list they will need to head to get anyone (if targets are indeed in order of preference). I very much want to be proved wrong. I also would he happy with willock and targett going but don't see anymore sales being sanctioned while we need to bring bodies in. Once the situation is resolved I can see everything else happening fairly quickly, but there’s also a danger it’s going to drag out all summer. Personally I’d rather we moved on from Ekitike and got the numbers we need.
