I think it's just the age thing with Wissa. Paying £40m for someone who's pushing 29 probably sticks in the craw a bit, but he is the real deal.

Have a funny feeling there might be a rabbit still to pull out the hat in the forward/attacking midfield area but unless there is an outgoing I think we are where I thought we’d be. Predict Isak to stay regardless.

I know you wish me the best but my idea of luck differs from yours. This is anonymous so I'll just say it. My ex wife has poisoned the minds of the only 2 people that bring me joy, so I haven't seen them for almost 5 years and it's finally taken its toll on me. She has them thinking im a junkie that injects heroin and snorts coke. In reality though, I'm an addict (in recovery) of valium. I only take it because I have severe anxiety, specifically social anxiety. Can you imagine being scared to leave the house, go to the shops, cut the grass or make small talk? All that shit is a nightmare for me, valium makes me feel normal, sociable etc. I've tried everything else, therapy, acupuncture, breathing techniques and hypnosis etc. I also never took enough to get high, just enough to calm me down, and never around the kids. The kids worked in the same way as valium, must be something to do with love and pride. Hardly a fucking junkie though. Bitch, I was good at being a dad and those little toerags loved me as much as I loved them.

 

So, back to football.
