SteV
Just now, Stifler said: Let’s say Arsenal go a goal up, and we make it 1-1. Our crowd will be up for it because it puts us in a strong position. Even if we go 1-0 up, the crowd will be up for it. Yeah, I hope so too. But I can guarantee you that if we’re 1-0 (3-0) up and they were to pull one back with a reasonable bit of time left, the nerves would spread throughout the crowd like a descending fog. It’s mad really, you sit there as an individual, trying to encourage the lads so they don’t get nervous, and you see plenty others doing it too, but that nervousness just sweeps across everything and there’s nothing you can do about it. Having said all that, I’d hope having had a very recent experience of being in this situation will help everyone. Players, management, fans. As Eddie said, “calm, calm, calm”. andycap
I think we will lose this game and it goes to penalties. Just think we are struggling at the minute especially if we concede to get back into games. Hopefully I'm completely wrong.
BrickTop
After this weekend's results I think we'll go and put these away with a typical us vs Arsenal performance and everyone will remember we're class again. Pint of Arteta tears and a cup final is on the menu. Edited February 2 by BrickTop
Big Geordie
Also remember that Arsenal don't have a good record up here in recent times. They (and lego-heed) will know that.

My pal is a Forest fan who lives up here and sometimes goes to our games as his family have ST’s He’s said that when watching as a neutral in the ground the way the crowd panic and are quick to default to a negative mindset is really noticeable He’ll be watching a close game and thinking we’re only a goal or two up, but are in control on the pitch and he’s confident we’ll see out a win But we’re so conditioned to expect the worst that the fans will be jittery and then that feeds through to the players

The Prophet
SJP needs to be bouncing for this. If the Southsmpton SF is anything to go by it'll be an atmosphere of nerves though, particularly if Arsenal score first.

It used to be said that at Anfield the Kop sucked the ball into the net. The Gallowgate used to blow it out.
Skeletor
Got to play Arsenal and not the occasion. We've shown already we know how to play Cunteta's Stokenal. Stick to the game plan and intensity.
Colos Short and Curlies
We'll turn it on, got more faith in a performance against an established top 4 club than any other atm. Depends if Arsenal turn it on as well, then it comes down to who is more composed or gets the rub of the green in front of goal
Aiston
The players have always turned it on against the 'top' sides, so nothing to fear there. Will be shitting it if we have a 1 goal lead being defended for the last half hour with how tired our players have looked lately mind
huss9
we just need to score at least 1, to leave them needing 3.
Crimson Cardigan
As a non regular, the nerves in the crowd vs Fulham were palpable, as was the grumbling over the most minor mistake. We need to stay calm if we go 1-0 down and actually support the players. Murphy is going to give the ball away. Yeah. Get over it and get behind them.
