I’m blaming the quality of pitches in Africa.

Ready for Kaka to go in on me.

I’m going with something like the below:

You should be careful with that. If you mock their pitches. Then the pitches over here will start injuring our players. Karma. Same as those who wished injury on Isak.

You should be embarrassed saying stuff like that.

An MRI scan would tell you if you’ve ruptured your ACL, like. There will often be a bone avulsion and it will also show that his ACL has snapped and where the gap is.

If he has strained a ligament or two, then it’s different, of course.

Let’s hope it’s the second one.

Ahhh. Sorry. I forgot to laugh.

I was genuinely thinking this was in relation to when he first signed. Not the whatever the phantom injury was supposed to be in pre-season.

The ACL rumours could prove to be true. But if it is then these people spreading the rumour have just guessed successfully. They love a doom and gloom rumour. Happens every time and then 99% of the time they are wrong and people just forget the next time they spread a new one.

It's weird people like to make up the worst case scenario and spread it as a rumour. Something odd about it.

Do the club have some kind lf insurance for these? My point is not to spread misery but it would be interesting to know. If we buy for £55 million 29-year-old player who suffer major knee injury that could even end his career or cause massive damage to his abilities and playing. Is it just bad luck for club?

Club will have insurance to cover the loss, too much money involved not to.

I’m not into that sort of stuff but the person I heard it off is fairly reliable.

FIFA will cover his wages while he's out (as long as it's 28 days or more). So there's that.
