I don’t think our performances suggest it’s due to click. If we win it will be a tight one. Fingers crossed as we need a win.

Divn't quote me with your negative shite, man!

Hope we give Ramsdale the chance. Give him a good run of games until the end of the season and see if he's good enough or not. Could be #1 for years if he turns good (big if).

And please no more 5 at the back.

Must win.

This game and Villa away in the Cup feel big to the whole feel around the club. It’s one thing constantly performing shite away from home, but it puts a lot of pressure on the home games.

This will be the first game I've watched in a couple of weeks as the ennui has finally fucked off. If it's another dour goalless draw or defeat that feeling is gonna come back hard.

Mone the Toon.

Not really work and socialise with loads of lads who go regularly. The consensus is the footballs shite, signings are shite, atmospheres shite and football in general is shite these days.

Apart from all that it’s great.

I guess we haven’t had a lot of the highs we’ve had in pasts seasons where we’ve really blown teams away. I can’t think of many Premier League games this season where we’ve dominated throughout and got a good score line.

Edit* Just checked and it’s literally just Everton away. No wonder feeling is a bit off [emoji38]

People have short memories. Not that long ago we had Steve Bruce and Jack Colback, while going out at the first opportunity in every cup.

Come February, we're still in the FA Cup, still in the Champions League, and nowhere near relegation.

There's a right to be frustrated at some results, but also we have a player like Bruno playing for us, so... :dontknow:

Just enjoy the ride, it's a damn sight better than what it was.

Can we stop comparing every negative to Bruce/Ashley. Its a different club, with different ambitions. Not aimed at you

[emoji38] I get you. We're being held to a higher standard now, and rightly so, which is why I put that line in about being frustrated.

But it's still so much better than it was, while I can be frustrated and annoyed, I'm not on a negative downward spiral just yet.

I think both points of view are valid, we are held to a higher standard, it's one we've set for ourselves, but it's ok to look at the wider picture too and understand success isn't linear and we've already come a long way. We've stalled a bit and it's frustrating, but much like you, the team isn't on a downward spiral either, just in a rut.

So many tickets available

We we need to reduce the capacity of the ground not increase it

Exactly the reason why we don’t need 70k, as soon as you don’t sell out the demand is gone.
