I have posted several times before that I have thought the manager is out of her depth at this level. I am encouraged that she states within the interview, that she knows she has made mistakes. Too many signings made, were of Championship level (not higher level either) and we needed more from the WSL and from abroad. This needs to be the way forward this year and I'm expecting a higher standard of recruitment this summer. The club and owners want WSL football and as women's football does not form part of PSR rules, there is no reason why we can't attract the right standard to make the jump.

The two games up here, first we should have won comfortably and were undone by dreadful defending from a free kick, second we were an offside decision from winning with a last gap winner.
