  2. Eddie’s comments on Little Joe after the Ipswich game: "It was a tough decision but I think Joelinton has played on the left for us," the Newcastle United head coach said. "Joe Willock is a natural player that wants to play on the left, although he's right footed, very similar to Joelinton. "So we tried to keep the rhythm of the team rather than bring someone who maybe prefers to play on the right like Lewis. So that was behind my thinking. "Joe's an outstanding player, in his own right, he's done some really good things for us this season. I think he'll benefit from the game today. He's got a big part to play in our last four games." Time to shine Little Joe.
  3. A good sensible decision, much better to miss the last four games and do it more harm and miss six months of next season. Willock will raise his game I'm sure of it. Him and Miley will both help get us over the line and into the Champions League.
  4. I'll grab my uke and jam with him next time 😂
  5. It’ll be Willock, for sure. Think the role in our system requires a lot of running and I don’t think Miley can cover the ground. Tonali could do it with Miley playing as the #6 (or Bruno back to #6 and Miley RCM) but Sandro has bossed it to such a massive degree in that spot that trying something else before such a huge run of fixtures would be a bit mental.
  6. Thats a shame... Get Miley in. Dont want to see Willock starting in his current form.
  7. It's always a bitter pill for me to swallow seeing them offer mad money for the likes of Duran and Henderson, then you hear rumours of players like Casemiro going for big fees too, but we're selling ASM for a measly 20m. We've a viable loophole to help with PSR and I get why maybe the owners don't want to do it but when you see cunts like Chelsea selling their women's team and carparks to themselves to get around PSR then I think we should use every trick we can too.
  8. Aye, number 1 is very handy. Parking is always a struggle down there for run of the mill league games with a gate of 300 so it'll be really difficult on Friday night. There's a free car park outside Denton Burn library on the West Road, near the Denton pub. It's about 10 mins walk from there.
  9. I'm someone who is sick of the Villa praise of late But they have bought/sold/developed players extremely well imo If they were given a £80m helping hand from Saudi, and bought a couple defenders/Rashford/Asensio or replacements etc, they'd be hard to match next season
  10. Clubs like Villa will spaff it though, so I don’t care. As long as we keep spending and getting right players, that’s all that matters.
  11. Going to focus on tennis and basketball from now on.
  12. Hope he grabs it with both hands like Harvey did! (He does like a goal v Chewsee).
  13. Willock will be fine there, got two top internationals in the other two CM positions. We’ll just miss his combativeness when we play Arsenal away, but outside that, should manage things and any dropped points won’t be because of no Joelinton.

The one Papiss Cisse scored for Senegal. Was like a snap turtle from 30 yards out.

That Borghetti one is beautiful. Like the header equivalent of a back heel. Ridiculous technique.
