Didn't Villa vote against us, City, Forest etc. on the related party transactions thing? I seem to remember that vote carrying something like 15 to 5, but if Villa, I dunno maybe Leeds, can be drawn over to the dark side, the Premier League will no longer have the 14 votes it needs to prolong the "craven to the Sky 6" status quo we have at the moment. I think we only need one or two more clubs to switch sides for the voting situation to change.
-
That would be fair, so the cartel clubs wont vote it in..

What about Mikautadze at Lyon not sure what happened when he went to Ajax? but been banging them in since returning to France. Looks the type of player who can play across the front line and Lyon might be ripe for the taking at the minute.

Dont believe Wirtz is on £200k.

Is Samu still tearing it up at Porto?

Chelsea seem determined to not do it the easy way, which would be to buy a top top striker. If you have an effton of money, my advice would be to not have a defensive midfielder as your and pretty much the league's record signing. Buy a twenty goal a season striker. If you can afford Caicedo, Enzo, and Mudryk (sp?), all 100M plus?, you can afford better than Joao Pedro, half of whose goals were pens.

I’m all for financial controls but PSR is a rigged system to keep the status quo. Bring in a maximum squad cost (transfers, salaries, bonuses and agent fees) that can be spent by all clubs not this system where the historically wealthy/succesful get to spent unlimited sums compared to the rest. To safeguard clubs against unscrupulous owners make it a rule that only a certain percentage can be debt finance and a plan is submitted six monthly to the league to show how these debts will be repaid. If you want to go above the debt cap then you can spend owners money but this can’t be a loan against the club.

Fairs. We’re actually better than them. But we run out of legs and bodies. There’s a good chance they improve again and get 74+ points. Don’t rate Maresca mind.

Shagger’s ganning Doon the Toon -
Would definitely take, very different to Elanga though. Definitely needs to improve decision making and end product but has all the talent.
-
Two years ago, he was great and helped seal fourth. His goals to minutes played was up with anyone in the league. Last year we had PSR issues and injuries all across the squad, so I understand him being kept, even if there was some decline and definitely long absences from Wilson. He now looks a shadow of himself, it does look like the injuries have finally taken their toll, so it doesn't look like he can contribute at the level we need.
-
He's a terrible option as backup striker, did you not see his performances last season?
-
Aaaggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
-
It’s not that he is a bad option as a backup striker. It’s just due to the extension is a result of a series of fucking shamble transfer failures that makes us sad
-
Yeah fair enough. But if they won’t win the league or CL then they’re basically still competing in roughly the same area as us. Despite signing hundreds of players. I just don’t think I’d call that a super team.
-
Probably should've left a year ago, but he stayed and played his part in us winning the cup. I'll certainly remember him as a cracking player on his day, but his body gave up on him. All the best.
-
i think he's a decent third choice striker for us. if he can play 20 games a season i'd be surprised. he's too injury prone now. but i still think he offers something as 3rd choice. a back up for Isak is still absolutely needed.
-
If they’re willing to sell him in the £30-45m range, I’d snap their hand off.
-
Better than that, what would the name Hamza Choudhury mean to you?
-
A tiny bit better mate.
-
Despite his injuries I think he's generally been brilliant for us over the years, in lean times and in good. However it seemed to look at the back end of last season that his legs had gone, if that's the case then there really isn't a decision to be made. Could turn out that he just wasn't match sharp though, so I'd trust the club to run the metrics to find out one way or the other.
-
Is he as good as Trevoh Chalobah?
-
They're about Trevor Chalobah
