Tammy Abraham, Isak and Jacob. Make it happen.
-
Really forward thinking. Brilliant initiative and hope it gets the funding / support it deserves. The sustainable value figures are staggering and really do show how these local clubs are a such a cornerstone to communities.
-
And run the risk of them and Isak breaking down in game or not being able to give 100%? I can understand Isak but I don't think we can carry more than one. Everton aren't amazing but we need to show them respect. The other 10 + Isak should get the job done. If Joelinton and Trippier are fit enough to be involved great but I wouldn't take too many risks when we shouldn't be that desperate.
-
It does - the owners told me a while ago about the plans - great to see it in writing! It’ll save the club a fortune long term as they currently hire the 3G pitch from Hebburn Comp school out every night and weekends so all of their bairns and adults teams can play!
-
Them both choosing Milenkovic over Murrilo is absolutely bizarre to me as well.
-
Not seen AFCTV (or whatever it’s called) for ages as it’s not fun if they’re good, but it’s always been clear that Ty has some kind of neurological disorder/issue. I always feel a bit uncomfortable that they put him on.
-
Ignoring the 2 player per team thing we were doing I think it's very easy to choose this season, with maybe only the 'keeper and centre backs being up for debate. Sels/Raya Munõz Murillo/Gabriel Burn/Van Dijk Kirkez Caicedo Mac Allister Rice Salah Isak Cunha
-
Nobody would be on his back half as much as this if he was simply just playing poorly or out of form. It's literally the fact that ever since his move to Liverpool fell through last summer his attitude has seemed all wrong, last season he never stopped running and pressing but this season it has been the exact opposite . It's his attitude not lack of form that he is rightly getting questioned for .
-
He's in a lot of TOTS I've seen. He's fast becoming the most overrated player in the league. Kirkez absolutely walks it this season and if Hall had stayed fit he'd have been pushing for it too.
-
There's people on here that are experts on attitude, they can spot when a player isn't trying from 100 metres, didn't you know ?
-
He doesn't show the same attitude as last season, I look at the goal at Southampton away as an example where he did absolutely nothing to help the defence and imo cost us that goal, he cost us the goal at Arsenal the weekend, and on numerous occasions across the season has done zero tracking back and instead has opted to go down, take ages to get back up and then strolled back like it wasn't his job to defend. There's two answers for that- he's been told not to tactically, or his attitude has changed and I suspect it's the latter. If you cannot see that, that hasn't been happening then you need to look beyond him being a 'good' footballer and giving him the benefit of the doubt. Cause it absolutely has been happening. I'm not saying he needs sold or that he's shite - just that he clearly isn't motivated in the same way or playing his best and needs to get himself in the same head space he was in previously. Ridiculous calling folk 'stupid Everton fans' for pointing out clear and obvious elements to someone's mannerisms. I seem to recall him against Man City at home chasing back and tackling and getting into some great positions and really affecting the game. Perhaps as a result of the display for him in a rare occasion he did seem motivated in the right way this season. That's where we want him to be as often as possible again.
-
To be honest, ManU have quite a thin squad and if they sell someone (apart from Anthony or Rashford, neither will fetch a big fee though), most likely they need to be replaced. Midfield is paper thin and Eriksen leaving, Casemiro is being pushed out by fans etc. Top6 is too much to ask next season, especially if they get to Europe.
-
Looks brilliant that.
-
To be expected for his age as he is still a teenager and he’s not played loads of first team football. But he is often all over the place defensively. Really rash and naive at times. Wasn’t he a centre mid growing up, similar to Hall? I wonder if that is where his future lies. He’s great on the ball.
-
At risk of running out of cash* Also won't be anywhere near £200m without sales.
-
Sels should be ahead of Allison too
-
Lewis Skelly has dropped some clangers and been sent off twice right? That’s a disaster pick from Carragher
-
Lewis-Skelly. Howay.
-
The club that claimed they were at risk of running out of money unless they scrapped free lunches for staff etc. About to spend over £200m on new players atleast + £2billion on a new stadium.
-
No, don’t like that. Great appointment obviously but can’t stand Klopp
-
Poor earlier in the season and a ropey old return for a game or two in the league. But I think he has been great since the knee injury, otherwise. Really strong second half of the season.
-
I’d imagine Gillespie will sign a new contract unless he wants to leave
-
Fuck. What an appointment.
-
Kate’s really excited.
