  1. He did train didn't he? Then found that he needed another scan
  2. reckon Trippier could do a job there if Santon is out
  3. This season is on target to be the highest scoring premier league season with just over 2.84 goals per game. the trend seems to be total goals increasing, we haven’t had a season with an average of 3 goals per game since 1966/1967. I reckon we may see that within the next 3 years. definitely feels like there are a lot more goals scored in the first 5 mins this season as well
  4. we can always move Schar or Botman to play DM ?
  5. I would be in favour of the time limit on decisions, but I'd also like to see slow motion replays banned when it comes to clear and obvious decisions that do not involve red cards. If you need 3 replays, slowed down and zoomed in then it can't be a clear and obvious error. So you either change that definition or find someway to give a degree of consistency on how you apply it
  6. I think Leicester beat West Ham and Leeds beat Spurs on the final day. It could still be a nervy Goodison if they don't get anything from Wolves
  7. Pissed that Everton are likely safe, but consoling myself with the fact that they are absolutely fucked from FFP beaches
  8. not for that team with their weak mentality.
  9. Going to go back to Anfield and Isaks second. That one decision was a 6 point swing and essentially a 4 game sequence to even out (we win 2, Liverpool lose 2). let’s say we miss out on top 4 by 1-2 points then I’d love our legal team to rip the PMGOL and premier league apart for the way that decision came about. somebody, sometime is going to sue based on a VAR decision, may as well be us seeing as we are already hated.
  10. If Forest, Brighton and Leicester win tomorrow then it’s pretty much bye bye to Everton.
  11. id say the opposite. we need to fly out the blocks and get a quick goal.
  12. wonder why we changed the keeper tops in 96 but not the outfield shirts. other than the 95-96 ones weighing a ton of course
  13. that was the away keeper top wasn’t it? Different sponsor to the outfield kits there
  14. Haaland is 100% an Animal Crossing guy. Or any Pro Evo from the PS3 days so he can snap Keanes legs in a revenge act for his dad
  15. I'd love to see her reaction when sitting down for Christmas Lunch with Tim and Denise
  16. Arsenals performance yesterday may have done us a favour. The first half will ensure that there is no complacency in our ranks - despite the previous 3 games they are still a v. good team and other than against City have played well for large parts of all their recent games. The second half will have the front line licking their lips that the defence can be got at. Likely scenario is that City will be 4 clear at kick off, its do or die time for Arsenal and I'm not convinced that they have enough war wounds to react positively to it. Quick start, 1-0 up within the first 10 and we'll win. On a related note - is there a record anywhere of the average timing for the first goal in games across seasons? Seems to be a lot of very quick goal scoring starts in the league this year
  17. You orgasm on air and your career is really going to go downhill isn't it?
  18. From Sunderland onwards he has 32 wins from 107 games - so Leeds are looking at 3 points to add to their current total from this move. Not convinced that will quite be enough but they do have a much 'better' goal difference to Forest and this may swing it
  19. Always worth sharing this It is of course another example of Shola being directly involved in a significant or great goal for us. No matter how little his touch was (see also the back heel for Shearer's record breaker)
  20. A construction company would make sense with the Reubens as well. Possible hint to where development money for the city is going to come from?
  21. Forest have Southampton next so that leaves Leeds and Everton needing at least 4 points to catch them with GD. Could see them getting a point against Chelsea perhaps as well. Leicester need something from Fulham really to give them a chance with a win at home to West Ham on the last day. It could happen...
  22. Forget player etc of the season, the main award is the top knee slider in the squad love Miggys transformation from excited slide to the im the boss slide, and 9ft 5 Burn knee sliding was fun. bit for me Little Joe has the slide nailed and picks up this particular award. any other left field awards to hand out?
  23. Gillespie definitely. I had the 95-96 home in long sleeve. Was going to get 7 Lee on the back but the club shop started an any name and number for a fiver so I got my moneys worth! seem to remember Ginola liked a long sleeve, especially in the away kit
