Top 5 is absolutely there for the taking like. Expect Man Utd to find some form under Amorim and I suspect they'll be one of the main challengers. I think Spurs and Villa will remain inconsistent all season, albeit for different reasons. You'd expect the likes of Brighton, Fulham and Forest to drop off somewhat. Chelsea look like top 4 material.

All of the bottom 8 still to play at home, two more away games than home. Some 'decent' teams they still haven't played but overall they're looking in good nick. I genuinely do think the league is weak this year. The three relegated teams were last years promoted teams. Everyone around them will struggle for consistency. As good of a chance as ever to go up.

Desperate for a win and a good performance away from home. As good as we were against Arsenal, getting results against good teams at home where we cede possession and counter press has never been an issue. Playing away from home has, for the over a year now. Having said that, these are flying. A front four of Elanga, MGW, Hudson-Odoi and inexplicably Chris Wood is very dangerous. A draw would probably be a decent result.

I know nothing of Amorim but I hope it's not him. While their are systemic issues at Man Utd, I'm not sure they'll carry on being completely shit forever. A good manager can turn a club round. Chelsea for example seem to be back on track despite being a shitshow. Feel like we've rode our luck with crap Man Utd managers and they'll get something that works eventually. FFP / PSR is in place to stop us and others becoming a top club. It's a glass ceiling designed entirely to keep the status quo and basically prevents PIF realising their ambition with us. While it's in place, and the entire system is rigged, then they'll never be able to achieve what they want to.

I think the whole right side suffers because we havent/cant replace Trippier from 12 months ago. He was world class and made every play in front of him (including Ryan Fraser ffs) look more than the sum of their parts.

Genuinely not sure why we signed him when we had just splashed out 40M on Gordon. Either they were writing Gordon off after his fairly poor start, trusted Murphy/Almiron to do a job longer term or assumed you'd be able to play one of Gordon or Barnes on the right. All of which are wrong. We have two quality left wingers, neither of which are effective on the right, vying for one position. While we have quite obvious weaknesses elsewhere.

They should be asked, they should be told. At the very least, we should convert part of the Gallowgate to safe standing. Whether it's lower, middle, upper, or half the stand. Anyone who doesn't want to stand should be given the opportunity to move elsewhere, theres plenty who will want to stand. You'll get some entitled ones who'll trot out the "why should I move I've been sat here since 1896" but that's tough. They'll be drowned out by those who recognise a need for the change in atmosphere.
