Obvious questions... Has this happened to other away support with similar numbers? If the stand was opened early - why? Is this club policy? For how long? Is it to prevent crowding?? Saying the stewarding complied with the requirements is saying nothing. What were those requirements? And how many extra stewards were on duty?? And of those stewards, how many were around the tunnel? Was any written evidence from NUFC fans submitted? What about CCTV footage? Any fan footage or photos? Obviously the full 'comprehensive observations' may be more specific but thats a non statement to me. Also, observations is a weird term to use.

Lets be honest if Longstaff added regular goals to his game we'd all be happy. His all round game is very good. Are we expecting to be a gerrard or lampard - no. But havnt chances put on a plate for him and not converting them is annoying like.

Hes getting forward a lot more recently and is playing a huge part of our defence and attacks. Needs to work on that shooting though

Really hope Howe can get the best out of him - hes a very good player. Maybe he just needs a bit more 'nurturing' and an arm round the shoulder more often to feel special, i dont know. That said the moment that ANY player no longer buys into Howes methods or is unhappy they can fuck right off, whether thats ASM, Bruno, Botman or whoever.

My worry for champo clubs is the spending needed as the gulf in quality between that and the PL is huge. Forest spent what was it?? £150m plus on 20+ players but theyre only 3 points from 2nd bottom. Weve spent more than double that but the game against sheff weds has highlighted that our options outside of the 1st team are poor. If you look at the current bottom 3, do any champo clubs have better squads?
