It’s much harder to improve to this point- jumping from Euro qualification to title contenders is going to be insanely difficult it feels.

I’d have thought last seasons sensational turn around and cup win would have given Howe untouchable status for at least a couple of seasons, barring complete disaster. it hasn’t been his or the teams greatest run of late but his credit in the bank remains unparalleled.

Mbeumo would never have signed for us. He “only wanted” Man Utd. A pity cos he would have been perfect.
