Jordan
I think he looks really good. Changed the game on sunday and seems to be happy to be here and is looking to the future with us. Not like Remy.
hakka
I think he looks really good. Changed the game on sunday and seems to be happy to be here and is looking to the future with us. Not like Remy. Thing is De Jong was in turd form in Germany, he needs us to get out of that place and be at a club he can get back to his best. He wasn't being played in Germany anymore. Remy, is clearly playing way above the aims of what this club offers him, so he can obtain bigger money and be playing Champions League football next year. Both players are selfish and using us but for different reasons, don't be under any illusion. If De Jong has a stormer 12 months with us he will be looking at leaving us in same way Remy is if the signs are there. Agree though on De Jong being a nuisance when he came on, he gave us an opening in the final third that wasn't there before.
Yorkie
It'd almost be a bit of a strain to bench Cisse because I did see an improvement in him against Villa. In spite of his howler of a miss, he had one or two really nice touches and looked a bit more up for it than usual - chasing more balls, etc. However, we're surely at the point where we might as well cut our losses and move on? Reluctantly hope De Jong starts against Hull.
durhamunigeordie
Pointless Cisse playing if it's on the right wing. Much rather see De Jong through the middle as well.
Yorkie
Pointless Cisse playing if it's on the right wing. Much rather see De Jong through the middle as well. It's a pity we're never likely to see Remy and Ben Arfa either side of a central striker, be it Cisse or LDJ. Looks good on paper. Sissoko, Anita and Tiote would hardly be a terrible midfield triumvirate, either. pardpoo

Gallowgate Toon
Love this guy, like. Really good footballer, if we invest in someone who can provide some good crosses then he'll score goals. Sign him up.

aussiemag
The Sort of performance that made Andy Carroll famous, winning everything in the air and some lovely touches. Except his touch and passing is a million times better than Carroll's.
Andy
Really good footballer, hopefully he'll grab a goal sooner rather than later to get the monkey off his back.

TRon
We've been crying out for an intelligent target man regardless of his lack of goal threat. He is the missing link.

Kanji
Sissoko keeps ruining it for him! Last match he was offside and played De Jong that ball and now he beats him to the put-back today. Nah he's a talented player and keeps it all ticking with his intelligence and general play. He'll get goals soon.
