Dave
No TV cameras today either. Some of his decision-making was suspect (surprise) and his finishing left a lot to be desired like the rest of the team but otherwise he was a constant menace and involved in nearly everything good we did going forward. They didn't have a clue how to handle him.

Mick
He would be brilliant if we could get some consistency out of him, he's got good pace and power but goes missing far too often.

Minhosa
That final execution will always be the problem with him. Soooooo many opportunities to do something and he'd make the wrong decision or bollocks up that final pass/move. He's certainly making more effort generally speaking when compared to other years though so to that.
Guest neesy111
For an attacking player his goal ratio is abysmal.

Failing to slide and prevent a corner in case he collided with the corner flag summed him up and that side foot to Foster from 30 yards was woeful too. he loves a 30 yard run at pace carrying the ball so it looks like he's done something but fails miserably at actually beating a man or scoring a goal or crossing the ball to a team mate. To make it look like he's done something? What, like carrying the ball up the field and creating chances?

Shays Given Tim Flowers
Oh yeah im sure there are professional footballers who go for runs at full pace with the ball to make it look like they have done something.
nufc4eva
I thought he was absolute garbage until he moved to the left. His decision making is atrocious and not ruthless at all.
The College Dropout
Was crap but produced the only bit of quality in the final third. If all our midfield were available, would you pick him for the next game? Is this a trick question? Yes. Of course. Flaws and all he's still comfortably our best wide player. He's stil comfortably our most productive wide player. Until one of these changes I would start him.

hakka
His lack of goals this season is quite alarming. He's very useful to have in the side with carrying the ball forward but he should be having more impact in the final third. He also needs to be fear for his position a bit. There's no harm in bringing him off around 60/70 mark when he's having a mare with Townsend here.

He's a battering ram of a player who can produce now and then, but in general we're a side that's lacking the technical ability to work in skilful combinations. Whether we escape the drop now or not, I think we've got left behind other sides, and Sissoko may be holding our development back. The only way to find out is to try a different combination and see what happens. Given the trouble we're in, now is perhaps not the time to experiment, but at some stage, we should give it a go. It looked like he was just going for some Fifa accomplishments yesterday by running with the ball as much as possible.
Greg
He really should have scored after that interplay with Gini, would have been one hell of a goal as well.
