West Ham only want to stay in the league, they have obviously spent a fortune on a new manager and his team in the summer and probably don't want to risk more long term cash, Potter needs to rebuild his reputation, imagine if he keeps them up the amount of offers he'll have come the summer.

West Ham are 7 points clear. Keeping them in the PL wouldn't be a huge achievement.

They're absolutely honking and he's lucky there always seem to be 3 teams worse than them

They play utter shit football, and I would never want him at Newcastle, but the football he plays is effective at keeping sides up, especially when you consider that in back to back seasons you've had teams that have been relegated playing "good" football in Burnley and Southampton have been relegated without a fight.

When you consider the points deduction he had to navigate, the clown show of multiple takeovers, and the fact the club hasn't really had any investment, he's done an okay job when the remit is "stay in the league". Atleast in my opinion.

Think they are making a mistake. Their squad is a piece of shit and dyche was doing well considering what they were relying on. Swap him in the summer.

I disagree. They may as well take a punt on someone new, even if its a new manager bounce for a few games. Dyche had them with 3 wins in 19 games and 15 goals scored, it was utter shit. It doesn't make much sense sticking with that.

Agree. Dyche had to deal with point reductions and a net spend of minus £73m in his two seasons there. given the quality of their squad and being forced to sell, he did a pretty good job to keep them up.

I think there is a good chance that this is the season Everton will finally go, their squad is awful but I’d have expected Dyche to get enough out of them to stay up. Just look at their players.. they can’t be expected to play positively so surely the new manager will be of the same defensive, grindy mould? I’d have just stuck with Dyche.

It’ll be Moyes I reckon.

Sacked a few hours before a game with all the shit he’s dealt with there to..
