AyeDubbleYoo
I still don't understand why Pardew would be given more control over signings.
Skeletor
Exactly how stupid do they think people are? Think they have it nailed. We have some extremely thick fans.

Hanshithispantz
He's actually managed to escape it. No way the venom of that Cardiff match will return in a hurry after the break. A half decent start to the season and it'll be back to the pre-Christmas mood, which is complete fucking madness.
Unbelievable
Exactly how stupid do they think people are? Think they have it nailed. We have some extremely thick fans. Surely anybody who's been around for the past 7 years would know better than to believe anything they say/leak before a transfer window?
Wallace
Sources have told The Telegraph he was “angry and disappointed” by the team’s results and concerned by the protests against Pardew during Newcastle’s final home game of the season against Cardiff City . However, season-ticket renewals have not dropped off, despite threats fans would boycott games next season if Pardew remained. The club’s sponsors have also resisted the temptation to agitate for a new manager. I don't believe that. Too may people I know have not renewed. They probably think if they get the message out that everyone has renewed then that it will encourage others and also dispel the unrest. Anyway, there is not much point to season tickets at NUFC from a fan's point of view. Matchday tickets are often cheaper than season tickets and we don't plan on getting to finals. If fans still want to go games, it makes more sense to PAYG especially with all the messing about with kick off times.

littlelunchbox
At least the protest had some impact haven't really. Did you read the quote. "Ashley was concerned with the protests" So yes, they did. Argh must be true. It was written.
Wallace
He's actually managed to escape it. No way the venom of that Cardiff match will return in a hurry after the break. A half decent start to the season and it'll be back to the pre-Christmas mood, which is complete f***ing madness. Many of the more vociferous and angrier fans will not be renewing so they will have their dream achieved of a docile crowd.
bhoywhonder
60 f***ing million Including all sorts of tag-ons, caveats and small print. 60 Million? Aye whatevs. Lying c*nts.
Dave
£60m would buy a lot of Dan Goslings.
AyeDubbleYoo
Since there's no need to buy a season ticket, hold tight and hope for the best I guess. Would be immensely surprised obviously.
midds
The hearing declared that the club had admitted to 'repeatedly and intentionally misleading the press, public and the fans of Newcastle United', while the evidence given by owner Mike Ashley and his fellow executives over the course of the two-week hearing was described at one point in the verdict as 'profoundly unsatisfactory'. They're proven liars. Absolute scum.

Unbelievable
Assuming the club have fed this to Edwards, they've burried the potential grendade that is the news of Pardew staying on with a transfer kitty number plucked out of thin air. These cunts make me sick to my stomach.
