Doctor Zaius
What if you don't have the players to play your 'idea'!? The lack of pragmatism from these types of managers is incredible. He'll have to adapt, learn and tailor the system to suit the personnel or he's doomed to fail. See Postecoglu at Tottenham. Another dead man walking. gjohnson
Could be that they simply don't have the best players anymore? Where's the Cantona, Where's the Keane or Scholes Where's the Ferdinand and Vidic Where's the Van Persie or Van Nistelrooy Where's the Beckham and Giggs. That's before even considering the likes of Rooney, Never, Ronaldo. It's been a long while coming but they have been left behind

Danh1
Been to Old Trafford countless times. Every time you go it’s full of tourists, day trippers from all over the country and they sing their cute little songs about Shearer. Fuck the lot of them. Anyone brought up whilst Ferguson was there and they were dominant will rightly be loving their downfall. We are going to hump the cunts up here as well. Hope we get to play them in a final again. Pilko
David Craig coined a great new word when he was interviewing Alsoran after the match - "frustratement" which I assume is a mix of frustration and embarrassment. Suits Man U perfectly.
TheInfiniteOdyssey
First time in my lifetime where I’ve felt like we’re collectively and individually far superior to them. No doubt we rode our luck at times tonight, but overall we were just so much better. What a sweet feeling.

KaKa
Having seen a fair bit of Zirkzee at Bologna last season, where he was so exciting to watch as a key cog in that crazy attacking system Thiago Motta played, it is sickening to see how quickly they've broken this guy and thrown him under the bus. There's talks he will be sent away in January, and I hope for his sake that it's true. Looks like Motta wants him at Juve as part of his setup again. When they signed him this summer it seemed so forced and that they only went for him because he had a low release clause. Pretty sure I said to Froggy they'd screw it up with him. And here we are. TheInfiniteOdyssey
I did feel a bit for Zirkzee. Yes he was woeful, but weren’t they all? The real fault was with the manager drastically underestimating our prowess in midfield with his setup. Amorim got it hopelessly wrong.
Colos Short and Curlies
They've got a problem this summer with recruitment. They should be fishing in the same pond as us and Villa bit because they are Man U they will chase the superstar names first, not be able to attract them, miss out on whom they should have been after then panic buy at inflated prices. It needs a total reset but in some ways they are too big to do it properly and don't have the PSR levers that Chelsea have to cheat the system and buy their way out of a slump. Basically they need to be lucky with who they get
