Barca should be paying him more IMO.

They literally stole him from Brazil where he was the already the main man and then kept him captive in the room of an Argentinian dwarf who didn't let him be the main man for so long he forgot how to be. How shocking is that? Thankfully, he was freed by the nice Qatari man to be once again the main man. Let us all hope as fans of sport that he remembers how to be the main man.

Amen  Will someone please think of the "struggle"

Gibbs and Andre Gray expected to sign for Watford before the weekend.

We really are being left behind.

Not Gibbs too...

Where's the Gibbs story?

From their fans via their local press.

If their local press is anything like our local press I wouldn't worry too much about it.

These are both average players imo, similar in quality to the collection of random players that Watford has managed to assemble the past two seasons en route to survival. It is interesting to see them target more English players with experience in the league, though. The club definitely needs stability after changing managers for eight consecutive seasons.

Something satisfying about Liverpool having their best players poached by Barcelona once they hit top level after they hoover up the best of the rest. Don't think they'll ever be an 'elite' club again.

If they sell Coutinho, then for me it shows that the Fenway Sports Group are only in it for the money, they haven't spent that much under Klopp.

Think it says more about the status Barcelona and Real Madrid have achieved. Think they are without question the two most attractive clubs in the world.

They've spent a shit ton of money to little avail in recent years.

They did under Rodgers.  Klopp's net spent is £25m including this season.

Don't forget PSG. With their 47 years of history.

I think that's equally much due to Klopp tbh, don't strike me as the type of manager who wants to spend huge money on players. Of course the market means you have to spend on anything you buy like.

For a CL team, that's not much. 30M in for Allen and Ibe helps the net figure, but yeah, he's not spent much.
