Dave
Can someone paste the story from the mail please? Newcastle United midfielder Jack Colback set to leave after training ground row with boss Rafa Benitez Jack Colback has almost certainly played his last game for Newcastle United The former Sunderland midfielder refused to take part in a training session Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez has since told the player to train alone Jack Colback has almost certainly played his last game for Newcastle United after a training ground row which has seen him banished from the first-team set-up. Sportsmail understands that the former Sunderland midfielder was already training away from the main group earlier this week when, after one player picked up a knock, he was called to join in. Colback, however, is thought to have refused to take part and this has infuriated manager Rafa Benitez, who has since told the player to train alone. The 27-year-old reported to the club’s training ground on Friday afternoon - after the senior session had finished - and was forced to work by himself. Colback will be left out of Benitez's 25-man Premier League squad and the Magpies have already offered him to other clubs, although his £40,000-per-week wages are thought to be a stumbling block. Colback began his career with the Black Cats, but joined Newcastle on a free transfer in 2014 and has since played 102 games for the club This won't go down well, but anyway........... Rafa doesn't have the greatest reputation when it comes to tact and sensitivity when dealing with players. Whatever your opinion of Colback's ability, it does look like he was humiliated here. That's definitely true, however by all accounts he's softened significantly in recent years. Colback can fuck off either way like.

Rich
So is it safe to assume there was an 11v11 going on in preparation for Spurs? He's obviously not in either the first XI or the second XI now, so he wasn't involved, but got a shout when someone dropped out and then refused to join in? Ikon
Should be slapped with an open palm tbh.

He's obviously not in either the first XI or the second XI now, so he wasn't involved, but got a shout when someone dropped out and then refused to join in? I'd make the case based on Diame playing CM in the late pre season games that he probably wasn't in the second XI anyway, even before all this happened. Charlies
Wonder where he'll end up? Villa? It'd be great for the sheer fallout if he somehow ended up back at the mackems like

Deuce
http://s23.postimg.org/ttbplcaa3/colback.jpg I hate the cunt. TBF we'd be foaming at the mouth if one of our players was a nut-humming fanboy of another team and swooned whenever we played them. He's a steaming turd of a player who's stolen a place in our team for too long. That's reason enough to dislike him.
ohmelads
Big reason we went down, though not alone of course. Didn't even stand out in the Championship. Just let him go on a free. Relieved to be honest.
Si
The idea that Colback can be hilumiliated anymore than he dies to himself during 90 mins on the pitch.
Heron
Have no sympathy for him. If your manager asks you to do something, unless it's massively against your principles you do it you don't just refuse. He's a shite footballer, he's thick as fuck and he mocked fans of his own favourite club when beating them playing for their rivals. He's clearly a bit of a cunt and a thick one at that. Hope they just cancel his contract tbh, or offer him to anyone for free, so long as they pay the remainder of his contract off.
Dave
Jack Colback retained a squad number, but a training ground argument following his omission from the Verona friendly squad means he'll not be involved on Sunday.

Bimpy474
He's crap, he can't tackle, he can't pass it very well, he's useless in the air, has no positional sense whatsoever, offers no defensive protection, zero attacking fret. I couldn't care less if he goes and we're one player less in CM, we have enough to get by without this non human being. No one should lament this bag of shite, he's a league one standard player and that's being as generous as you can get. I have come to hate him purely because he's so shit at a job, a job i would love to do and could do better than him right now, and i'm old, fucked and have a gammy knee.
