mrmojorisin75
is sammy lee not a crook through association with allardyce or something?
Dr.Spaceman
Sammy Lee just left the England set up and worked with Rafa at Liverpool. Could be a possible replacement? I would be willing to put money on it So would Sammy Lee. https://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/nov/07/england-sammy-lee-bolton-transfer-deal-appeal-court He gave false evidence. Would rather not be associated with cunts like him.

TRon
Can't say I thought much of his role when he was working as McClaren's #2, he always looked like a deer caught in headlights. I thought he might have been a bit more hands on. That said though, he's clearly well rated on the coaching side, Rafa kept him on which would suggest he has good ideas. Not sure that will translate to being a good manager but good luck to him. Genuinely hope he does well.

Ronaldo
Indeed. We've no real clue about his ability as a coach. The only big plus or minus I can think of is the fact Rafa was happy to retain him.
triggs
Always thought he looked very cold and distant from the players during the McClaren days. A very good coach though you would think

What difference would it make if I had? His training sessions might be great and he'd still be a poor manager. Or I could watch his training sessions then talk a load of bollocks because my opinions useless. No one knows really until he gets his feet wet. Guest Howaythetoon
Under SMC from what I gathered Cathro was a bit part coach and was massively underwhelmed as he joined thinking he was going to get a major role. When SMC was sacked, club officials were quick to make sure Cathro stayed over others and when Rafa joined he was only too happy to keep him on. Good luck to the guy and hopefully he will make a very good manager as he appears to be a very good coach. That said, to be a top manager you need to be able to man manage people and that's not easy. Trust me, I run a business where the majority of people are either family or friends and managing them can be tough.

wormy
Man. Cathro's youthfulness and lack of playing career really rubs some people up the wrong way. I've no strong feelings towards the man either way but I hope he has a successful career just to piss those people off.

Sho Time
Hilariously unprofessional, proper 'little man' syndrome there. So close to outrightly saying "fuck off" after Sutton said he was jealous as well.
KaKa
Man ... that is painful to watch. Such bitterness man. Hope Cathro smashes it. Just so that guy hates life a little bit more. Terrible.
