ponsaelius
Zaha absolutely obliterated him. He's another that is barely PL level. No wonder the USA didn't qualify for the World Cup if this idiot is considered one of their better players.
Yorkie
Very harsh again iyam. He had the better of him, certainly, but Yedlin kept up with his pace throughout and held his position well.

ujpest doza
He had a torrid time against both Zaha and Van Arnholt and even his pace wasn't helping him out. He's not a good defender but his pace usually gets him out of bother, but not today.
Hughesy
Thought he was absolutely fine today against supposedly one of the league's better wingers.
Away Day Gadgie
Tough afternoon for him but most full backs struggle against Zaha. I won’t be criticizing him for this one.
Guest neesy111
Zaha's not one of the better wingers in the league.
Pilko
He's shite like. His positioning would look terrible for Dog and Duck United.
Dave
His tackle before Lejeune cleared the Sanchez effort off the line was fucking fantastic. Being overlooked IMO.
Bimpy474
His tackle before Lejeune cleared the Sanchez effort off the line was fucking fantastic. Being overlooked IMO. Yep made up ground and made sure he got the ball, good performance from him.
xLiaaamx
His tackle before Lejeune cleared the Sanchez effort off the line was f***ing fantastic. Being overlooked IMO. If Sanchez gets there first it's in. Thought he dealt with Sanchez quite well throughout other than once or twice, but that's to be expected
nemtizz
It was his fault to begin with, but great recovery.
TRon
He's not a good tackler like, but he does use his pace well to at least make himself a nuisance. Think he could be better with some confidence so maybe this win will help.
themanupstairs
He has got better the last couple of games. Hopefully turned the corner for the remainder of the season.

Pilko
10 for effort, but our weakest link in the back four. All over the shop positionally as usual... class tackle as discussed though. Basically, between him and Manquillo he's the better pick.
Yorkie
I had higher hopes for him going into this season; I think he's had some stinkers and he seems quite weak in some aspects of his game - but I've got bags of time for him. The last two games he's had some serious firepower to deal with and he's handled himself admirably. Zaha and Sanchez in the space of two games, and he's covered them well, if not 'having the better of them'. Of the last two opponents, he's had the most dangerous player to deal with and he's done alright. Fair play to Yedlin.
xLiaaamx
I know he scored today, but I still dont like the job Ritchie does ahead of him. Wanders too much for someone with no recovery pace.
Guest chopey
I think Yedlin is convinced his job is to use his pace to get in a position where he can throw his body at the ball with no thought given to how he could injure himself

Agree, also he always gets the job of being last man back at set pieces so he quite often ends up one-on-one against really fast people.
Rod
This bloke can't defend to save his life.
Lush Vlad
I’d go the other way. I think he is improving as a defender, despite still being a bit ropey. He infuriates me going forward. As he gets in some decent positions and his pace is a great weapon in our slow team. But he always wastes it. Drifts offside, has a shit touch, puts in a crap cross etc. So annoying. I like him, though. His speed is a joke.
Benwell Lad
Not a natural defender but gives us something different and never less than 100% effort.
Deuce
Unsurprisingly, he plays much better when the players around him do as well.
