For that sort of money you'd be looking at someone of a much higher quality. You have the money. So why worry about value. Presumably Chelsea would offer appreciably more wages, and weirdly he might have a better chance of a regular starting berth there if the rumours about Hazard and Willian being off are true. He regularly gets goals, assists, and pens and scares the shit out of opposition defenders.
