andyc35i
It makes the money spent on Elanga even more silly now….. Semenyo was the one I wanted back in the summer and the £70m actually would seem fair in this market

GeordieDazzler
Chelsea are the ultimate football parasite like. Would be delighted if they ever folded. Edited December 13, 2025 by GeordieDazzler

MagPar
Man City apparently making Oscar Bobb and another couple available for transfers in January. I've always liked Bobb, could be worth a punt if finances permit.

He's had one injury and been injury free since March. Do wonder what has happend to him though. Pep gave him a lot of playing time beginning of the season but he's not even been in the squad for a few games lately. He would provide us with some qualities we severely lack at RW. At a reasonable price I wouldn't be against it. Edited December 14, 2025 by Conjo

Can’t imagine we’re signing a RW or a 10 anytime soon sadly
Pilko
I'm sure there's faster and less talented wingers than Bobb that we'll be wanting soon as we've got money to spend.

Where it seems they are flavour of the month one minute. To not seeing them again for ages. I’m sure he has done it with the likes of Ake and Akanji. Maybe Grealish, Silvinho and maybe even the likes of Bernardo Silva, at times? I’m sure I heard it on a podcast once. About the different approach to Arsenal and Liverpool. They get certain players into the red zone or whatever it’s called. Then they are out the team for a spell. Of course it helps that they have such great depth and so many options across the team. I know we wouldn't be able to afford his wages, but just because he's in his thirties, doesn't mean he turns to shit. I'm 45, and could easily play at Europa League level. Probably because I'm extremely handsome and modest.
