Well we lost 10 in the Championship and this Bournemouth team is full of Surman, Pugh, Daniels, Arter etc. Four 1-0 defeats agaist Huddersfield, Brighton, Burnley and Bournemouth is horrific - he's not immune to criticism here. Not making substitutions cost us against Burnley and the negative play for the 0-0 draw tactics from the second half kick off cost us today, he needs to sit down with his coaches and have a think because IMO hes failed us the last two games. Whichever front 4 he selects, the cold hard truth is that they're all Championship standard players who should be subs (at best) at this level. Certainly not immune to criticism but you made a sweeping statement about his managerial abilities on the whole. He has little to work with but he has also further limited himself by excluding the likes of Mbemba, Mitrovic and Aarons. Four Englishmen, an Irishman and a Scot also started, and he brought an Englishman and an Irishman on. We missed our best player who is a Spaniard. We have to accept it as it's just him and his style of management, we aren't complaining about him ditching Colback. He can be a frustrating manager that's for sure, as we can see alternatives to Manquillo, Perez and Joselu, whereas Colback is an alternative for no one. If he can't trust players to do the basics i.e being in position, not getting sent off, working hard etc, then he won't play them and it doesn't matter who you are.
