Whatever we are doing on the training pitch isn't working and he needs to bring in the changes personnel wise. Mind, this is what happens when you give a world class manager fuck all to spend on a championship squad...

This is pretty much it for me. Without him we'd probably have 0 points with this team.

He's a good inspirational figure. As for the rest, meh.

 Let's see how he does without a team of Championship players.

Well we lost 10 in the Championship and this Bournemouth team is full of Surman, Pugh, Daniels, Arter etc.

Four 1-0 defeats agaist Huddersfield, Brighton, Burnley and Bournemouth is horrific - he's not immune to criticism here.

probs would have won 2-3 of them mind if Rafa had been backed sensibly in the summer.

At least the spanish lads always get their minutes.

Not making substitutions cost us against Burnley and the negative play for the 0-0 draw tactics from the second half kick off cost us today, he needs to sit down with his coaches and have a think because IMO hes failed us the last two games.

Mitrovic, Aarons, Mbemba, all decent options but it seems like a jobs for the boys for the spanish lads at the minute.

He has nothing to work with.

Our attack is just horrific. Whichever front 4 he selects, the cold hard truth is that they're all Championship standard players who should be subs (at best) at this level. Ideally all of them will be replaced in the first team within the next year or two.

Certainly not immune to criticism but you made a sweeping statement about his managerial abilities on the whole.

He lost games in the Championship but we also won the league, finishing with 94 points and having scored 100 goals.

He has little to work with but he has also further limited himself by excluding the likes of Mbemba, Mitrovic and Aarons. Questions do need to be asked because the players he's choosing are letting him down consistently.

Four Englishmen, an Irishman and a Scot also started, and he brought an Englishman and an Irishman on. We missed our best player who is a Spaniard.

As well as Lascelles has been on the whole, I do think the injury helped us stumble back to our best pairing. Clark left centre-back, Lejeune right centre-back has far more balance. Just need to sort the left-back area out.

On the flip side Lascelles probably doesn't get bullied like that for the goal. Know what youre getting though.

He certainly has his favourites, sometimes to the detriment of the team as we're seeing. We have to accept it as it's just him and his style of management, we aren't complaining about him ditching Colback.

He can be a frustrating manager that's for sure, as we can see alternatives to Manquillo, Perez and Joselu, whereas Colback is an alternative for no one. I'm simply seeing this as a long term thing, it'll be OK but we need goals that's for certain.

It's not vendettas though, it's about trust. If he can't trust players to do the basics i.e being in position, not getting sent off, working hard etc, then he won't play them and it doesn't matter who you are. It's why certain players haven't played at times and they have noone to blame but themselves.

We have a limited squad currently. And I would personally like to see Mitro get a run but he's clearly done something pretty bad (aside from what we've seen on-field) to be this low down the pecking order.

In Rafa we trust.

We all knew these sort of lows would come this season after the shite summer transfer window we had.

Thankfully we have Rafa as our manager and not Pardew/Schteve/Carver and he'll know what to do.

Pardew would have blamed someone today. Probably the fans.

His hands are tied but don't compound things with stubbornness and vendettas ffs

This. Perez coming on instead of Mitrovic arguably cost us the game.

Bit dramatic. Joselu's poor form seems to be making people forget that Mitrovic is actually crap and unreliable.

Joselu and Perez and have scored 3 goals combined this season.

Mitro needs a run. Simple as that.
