Rafa Benítez (now unemployed)

Recommended Posts

Aye, unreal. Not surprised with it being from the Daily Mail but am surprised that it's Craig Hope that's written it.

Hope clearly has a direct line to Ashley’s camp, always breaking exclusives like this.

Which players did Poch already have at his disposal?  How many players did he buy with that money?

How much of that money was he told to recoup from player sales?

How many avoidable relegations has he had to fight, after which he had to improve the squad to PL level?

There's no point even responding to Keys, the guy is a dinosaur wind-up merchant desperately trying to get himself a UK gig again, most probably because he can't find any women in the Middle East who are prepared to shit on him.

Owld Hairy Hands is at it again...

Rafa Benitez has now spent £145m in 3 years at Newcastle. In the same period Pochettino has spent £179m at Spurs - and guided them into the top 3 in each of the last 3 seasons. ?‍♂️

Has he? Can some keen individual break that down?

Is he that thick? When Rafa took over Newcastle, Spurs were already a top 4 side. We were about to be relegated. So to suggest Rafa should have us up there with Spurs is either a wind up or he's just fucking thick.

You’d have save a lot of effort just with the last line.
